Our compensation structure ensures our surrogates are paid an absolute, fixed amount. While compensation is not the only reason surrogates choose to pursue this journey, it is a very important consideration.
We want prospective surrogates to be educated on all facets of the journey and also know that their unique situation will translate to a clear, financial end result.

Compensation Plan
Traditionally, surrogacy compensation is calculated by a base amount plus a variable benefits package. This can be confusing for even for industry experts and isn’t representative of every case. We understand your frustration in navigating the maze of variable compensation packages and have thoughtfully designed our structure with you mind.
Our package doesn’t include variable allowances or uncertainties. While our program includes many benefits, these are not paid as itemized payments but are instead divided into equal, lump sum monthly payments.
$10,000 will be dedicated to cover pre-pregnancy payments.
- $1,500 Legal contract signing bonus
- $500 Pre-pregnancy monthly benefit
- $1,500 Embryo Transfer bonus
Any unused monies from the pre-pregnancy allotment will be added to the remaining compensation and divided into equal, lump sum payments
- 10 equal monthly payments (average between $3,000 – $6,000)
If Applicable:
- Multiples Fee: $5,000
- C-Section: $3,000
- Breast Milk Allowance: $300
- Spouse/ Support person: $150
- Invasive Procedure: $1,000
- Hysterectomy: $15,000
- Monthly Support Group Allowance: $100
