Surrogate Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • You must be between the ages of 21-40

  • BMI cannot be higher than 31

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

  • You must be a non-smoker, and drug and alcohol free (you will be tested)

  • You must have given birth and are raising or raised a child

  • You must have had complication-free pregnancies and deliveries

  • Cannot currently be on medications for mental illness (anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, etc.) or have any history of Bi-polar disorder, Schizophrenia or personality disorders.

  • If married or in a relationship, the sexual partner will be required to undergo infectious disease testing.

  • Have reliable transportation for appointments.

  • Surrogate must live in the state of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Utah, Nevada or Texas oregon, florida, virginia, north carolina, Wisconsin
